Marley’s Gotham Grill is located in the heart of the the lively Hackettstown area of New Jersey. The restaurant has been open for ten years, and the atmosphere is bustling and friendly. You can join friends in the pub-like bar area for drinks and small plates, or sit down for a full meal in the cozy dining room.

The restaurant is best known as “the home of 240 wing flavors” with a current wing count at 200+ and rising. Chef Bruno Pascale’s crazy obsession with wings and kitchen innovation and it shows. The Star Ledger’s Munchmobile recently ranked Marley’s as one of Jersey’s best for their “big, moist, cooked just right” wings. Not convinced? Flavors range from Kickin’ Chicken to Embalming Fluid, and Chef Pascale’s never-ending desire to experiment with sauces and seasonings means there’s always something new on the horizon. How’s that for “original”?

About Marley's Gotham Grill

Chef/owner Bruno Pascale opened Marleys Gotham Grill in Hackettstown New Jersey as a labor of love, and that love is earning across-the-board bravos. Chef Bruno graduated top of his class from the Culinary Art Institute, and the New York Institute of Dietetics, won the “Salute to Excellence” from the NRA and “Best of the Chefs” Award.

Bruno is the former chef/owner of Mad City Café & Grill in North Brunswick, the Laughing Lion in Dover, Ristorante Il Forte in Sparta, and the Zucchini Grill in Wharton. He has also had his cooking show called The Mad Chef of Entrees and Excellence, Channel 3 Cable Chef, and is a certified member of the American Culinary Federation. Bruno currently owns and operates Café Z at Rutgers University and “Chef in the House,” a personalized chef service. Being the original creator of the Laughing Lion in Dover, Chef Bruno now introduces Marley’s.

Bruno is here to bring his knowledge and expertise to the Hackettstown area by introducing culinary excellence coupled with small town charm and reasonable prices that is sure to please all. As we say “you’ll leave hear howling.” Full bar, happy hour and catering services available.
